Stephanie & Jeremy - Maternity Session

One of my best friends is having a baby! In the next few months we will get to meet Emma Rose Smith and I cannot wait! This weekend we got up early for a maternity session! The lighting was beautiful! And Stephanie was radiant!

I just adore how these photos turned out! Jeremy and Stephanie Smith have such a sweet relationship...that is full of joy and laughter! It was a great way to start my Saturday morning!

Ren & Jennifer - Huntsville, TX Wedding

Ren & Jennifer - or 'Rennifer' - had such a wonderful wedding! I was so excited to be photographing their wedding, especially since they were the first proposal I had photographed. I felt like I had gone on this journey with them and it was amazing witnessing their family and friends come together and celebrate their love!

Jennifer had herself surrounded by her best friends the morning of, and while her nerves had a bit of a hold on her, the moment she saw Ren, she was nothing but smiles.
Ren, you have yourself such a beautiful christian woman, and I know she means the world to you. She is lucky to have an equally wonderful christian man to stand by her side for the rest of her life.

I am finally getting to post June's fine art/conceptual piece and I am really excited to show the finished product. This is part one of an on going 'Temptation' theme I will be exploring.

Part I represents the curiosity:

- Thank you to my wonderful Grandmother, MommaMilly, who let me use her property again for the shoot.
- I have to give a shout to to my cousin who modeled for me (she asked that I not put her name here, but you can see she is gorgeous). I am glad for my first nude shoot, I got to work with such a beautiful and confident individual.
- And special thanks to Nico Nordstrom for her critique. I am so happy to have met such a wonderful inspirational photographer. I greatly admire her and her work. She has really been kind to me and extremely helpful. And I look forward to possibly working with her on a personal shoot of mine in the future (more info on that in a later post!)
